When is okay to lie?
We seem to think that in the preservation of morality for reasons of sensibility and normalcy that lying becomes a necessary mean to keep everything peachy. Morality is a variable that changes with situation, survival and even evolution and is used selfishly whether we want to believe it or not. I guess my answer is: Lying is never okay and is always a defamation of you no matter how much you can back it up. The way you think about anything and everything is what makes you who you are for better or worse, and trying to believe otherwise will only do you and others harm.
I've learned a lot about this in the past few years.
We know you never slack off at work, but if you did, what would you do?
I already know my answer (because I did it today)...
Eat pie.
Seriously (or unrealistically) though... I'd choreograph an entire routine of 'Afternoon Delight' from Anchorman, watch House on tuesdays and Lost on wednesdays... Spend more time noticeably hitting on someone (jking btw... sorta).
Who would you like to kiss under the mistletoe?

Unrealistically, of course..
Does that make me creepy?
Windows, Mac, Linux - What's your preference and why?
Submitted by ramblingsbymark.
Windows - I know it like the back of my hand, and I have absolutely nothing against it... but I'm tired of waiting for virus definitions to update every time I start up.
Linux - Free, open-source and safer; but sometimes it takes 20 minutes to get something running properly for a simple task when in Windows or OS X it would take me five or less, and I'm also not sure at the moment if I really want to get into etching a whole new interaction of operations in my brain.
Mac - FTW... I switch between this and Windows, but I prefer OS X over everything else because it's just darn prettier in more ways than one.

One Tower (1.8Ghz Athlon XP + 512Mb ram + GeForce 2 MX video card)
One Old Tower (800Mhz Duron + 64Mb ram + Nvidia Vanta LT 8Mb video card)
One Mac Mini (1.42Ghz PowerPC G4 + 256Mb ram + ATI 32Mb video card)
One newish laptop (1.6Ghz 64-bit Turion + 512mb ram)
Two really old IBM thinkpads (I haven't looked at the system specs yet since they're still dead to me without network cards)
In honor of Vox's launch tomorrow, what's your favorite feature or aspect of Vox?
The ability to massively upload (and most likely bore everyone with) every picture, song and video I feel like posting. Having the collection function is the best, along with well over 100 different (and very stylish) design schemes to choose from. I also have to say that the whole interface has been designed so beautifully as well.
I guess, it's also the fact that there are so many different features with new ones being added so frequently.
It was a day like any other warm school day; we were outside for gym class playing baseball... I was up to bat and she was on first base... I had hit the ball in some direction... but it wasn't enough to make it to first easily... So I ran as fast as my nerd-like body could go... I was just about there, and I knew the ball had just been thrown and now on a collision course with my backside... I decided the best thing to do would be slide... but the ball knocked me in the head regardless... All I could hear was 'you can't slide into first you idiot' and then I walked off, thinking she was a jerkface...
Well.. it turns out... That person eventually became my best friend... I still think she's a jerkface... and she still thinks I'm an idiot... but I wouldn't trade her for all the gameboys in the world... even if they were pink hello kitty special editions...

What movie can you quote by heart?
Submitted by clamhead.
Since I've seen it a bazillion times like the rest of us, Anchorman is in the top spot of my quotable movies... I really hope they could make a sequel or something; anything to bring the same actors and same crew back together to make something this awesome once more...
